We started off in 2013 with the capacity of crushing 300 metric tonnes per day, and in 2020, expanded to produce 500 MT per day with increased capacity while upholding the same top-class quality and hygiene standards.

We boast in-plant manufacturing based on precision engineering and optimizing processing. The facility features a Reverse Osmosis (RO) feedwater treatment plant, which decreases boiler feedwater conductivity from approximately 700 µS down as low as 14–35 µS, enhancing the performance of boilers while conserving energy.
The power plant features a high-efficiency steam boiler facility that produces steam for powering key processes while having low emissions.
In the de-oiling and separation unit, crude soybean oil is distilled and de-hexaned carefully from crude soybean cake, while the de-oiled cake is processed into a protein-rich product for animal and poultry feeds.
We refine the crude oil thus extracted in our well-equipped oil refineries through steps such as degumming, neutralization, bleaching, dewaxing, and deodorization, producing premium edible oils.
Safety & Automation
We focus on the well-being of our workers through stringent safety procedures and equipping them with PPE sets comprising helmets, gloves, masks, safety boots, and belts. The plant consists of automated machinery, low-temperature drying equipment, and is suited for efficiency of energy.
